We partner with trusted carriers including Deutsche Post, DHL, DHL Express, Hermes, and GLS.
Processing: Orders completed and paid for after 11:00 AM (German time) will be handled and dispatched on the next business day, which will extend the expected delivery time by one day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday, with delivery times adjusted to reflect this schedule.
Delays: While we strive for speed, please note that unforeseen events such as customs procedures, strikes, or peak seasons may occasionally affect transit times. We appreciate your patience in these instances.

We do not ship directly to Packstations or Packfiliale. We ship exclusively to home addresses.
⚠️ Important: Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
To ensure a successful delivery, please follow these guidelines:
Identification: Ensure the recipient's name is clearly displayed on your mailbox or doorbell.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check that your address is complete. We cannot refund original shipping fees for packages returned to us due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
Return Costs: In the event of a "Return to Sender" due to customer error (wrong address or failure to collect), the direct cost of the return shipment charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
Special Note for Customers in Italy
Due to the specific delivery policies of Poste Italiane, we strongly recommend using their free PostePlus service. This allows you to manage delivery dates and ensure the package is received on the first attempt.
Please note that if a package is returned to us because it was not collected or the address was inaccessible, the shipping fees are non-refundable and return costs will apply as per our standard policy. Using PostePlus is the best way to avoid these additional charges.
📩 Non-Receipt of Order
We encourage you to monitor your tracking information closely. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please notify us as soon as possible. While your statutory rights remain unaffected, notifying us promptly allows us to open a timely investigation with the carrier and increases the chances of successfully locating or redirecting your package.
